Beating the Chief

I know I haven’t been writing consistently. Life has kept me busy lately. Don’t worry. I still come home and play every night. In fact, I’ve made it to level forty-six most recently. I love my new abilities and stigma. I’ve been waiting to use my new AE (area of effect) heal stigma forever! Two second cast time for the win!

The levels have been going slowly, but surely. I’ve been doing a lot of platinum coin grinding; although, all my coins are going to my boyfriend’s templar. I figure he does more damage then me anyways (most of the time I’m healing), so I’ve been giving him my coins so he can get a new two-hander. Hopefully, this will help us level to fifty faster. Two thousand plat coins is a lot and may take a lot of time to gather, so I’m still iffy on the efficiency of farming these coins. At least the items are valuable and can be used beyond fifty. We’ll see how it all turns out. Other than the plat coin grind, I’ve been doing a few fortress dungeons and Steel Rake of course.

Beauty Sleep

Having a career has made my game time dwindle. I love my job, but trying to keep up with players who have massive play times can be difficult. Now, I’m not here to complain or explain my life story. I just wanted to express my gratitude to whoever made up “rest experience”! I love you!

A Whimsicle Start

Halloween is just around the corner and in honor of the festival, Free Realms has started its celebration with a playful twist! Just speak to Halloween Harry in Sanctuary to take part in the fun.

One of these things is NOT like the other…

At level 41 in Aion, you can get a gold weapon quest from Xenophon in Sanctum. It begins with a few tasks in Heiron, then sends you off into the Asmodian area and finally has you pecking away at some mobs in the abyss. It’s quite an epic quest line so make sure that you put aside enough time (about a full evening). It will require a group as well. Fortunately, for me, I was able to stick with a legion group and run through it all in a few hours. I feel for the noob who has to go through that quest line with a PUG (pick up group). Ah, the agony!
